The technical employees control and monitor the highly efficient plants. In doing so, they adhere to safety and labour law, as well as rules and regulations. In the event of unusual operating situations, incidents and imminent risks, the necessary measures are taken.

Plant engineers
Tasks include the annual inspection, repair and maintenance work on power plant systems. Our plant engineers arrange for all operational and renewal tasks in each plant area. They plan, coordinate and oversee all tasks involved, carry out vulnerability analyses and improvement measures, and prepare the medium-term plan and the budget.
Construction maintenance
Top experts in this area plan and carry out construction and civil engineering maintenance measures. They analyse the condition of the facility, perform a fault and damage analysis, and plan all remediation measures. They develop maintenance and renewal concepts and take care of maintenance and inspection.
Maintenance project management
Experienced employees carry out maintenance, renewal and new construction projects, From design and cost estimation, through approval processes and tenders, to processing and handover after project completion. The maintenance project managers represent the project internally (operation, project management) and externally (regulatory authorities, neighbours). As their experience grows, they take on ever more complex projects and lead entire teams.
Civil engineers and dam management
The employees look after our dams and are responsible for these sensitive facilities. They create static calculations and participate in general engineering activities. They work repeatedly both in the high mountains and underground in dams, tunnels and caverns.
